The brief presented by the client was to develop a service which will improve the Future of Micro Mobility in Barcelona. The main challenges during the process were to understand how the client can win users’ trust, and ultimately shift their behaviour towards mobility solutions. During the research students discovered it's no longer about going from point A to point B in the fastest time possible, but rather about the experience it delivers, and how affordable and environmentally friendly it is.

Las instrucciones que presentó el cliente pedían el desarrollo de un servicio que mejoraría el futuro de la micromovilidad en Barcelona. Los mayores retos durante el proceso fueron entender cómo podía el cliente ganar la confianza de los usuarios y cambiar su comportamiento en torno a la micromovilidad. A lo largo de la investigación los estudiantes descubrieron a los usuarios no les importa únicamente llegar de un punto a otro de la manera más rápida, sino que también importan la experiencia, el coste y la sostenibilidad.

When developing the project, the students sought inspiration by looking at how other applications are shifting user behaviour through rewards and gamification. Thay also looked at projects on an international level who have successfully implemented complex mobility strategies in a city.
En la fase de desarrollo los alumnos buscaron inspiración en otras aplicaciones que están cambiando los hábitos de sus usuarios a través de la gamificación e incentivos. Además de eso, también analizaron proyectos internacionales que han implementado sistemas complejos de movilidad en múltiples ciudades.
The final proposal presented to the client not only supports users in their movement around the city, but encourages them to explore and discover new locations around town. The students have created a community which moves and connects the users, called DNA - because you Drive, Navigate and Advance.
La propuesta final apoya a los usuarios en su movilidad por la ciudad, pero también les motiva a explorar y descubrir sus alrededores. Los estudiantes han creado una comunidad que mueve y conecta con el mundo de alrededor a través de una app: DNA, Drive, Navigate & Advance.
