Cuando nos dijeron el tema del proyecto, “El Futuro del Futuro”, todo lo que se me venía a la cabeza eran catástrofes naturales, futuros drásticos y sobre todo tecnología y conocimientos a los que ahora no tenemos acceso, pero lo más importante; el concepto de sociedad y avanzar y mejorar en muchos temas actuales. Por otro lado, el universo, el gran desconocido, fue otro concepto que se me venía a la cabeza al pensar en el futuro.
Actualmente, existen diversas religiones, con fiestas en común, pero que según a qué cultura pertenezcan, la celebración cambia. Si nos remontamos al inicio de esas fiestas, no tienen nada que ver con lo que son hoy en día y el modo en el que se celebraban antes sería impensable hacerlo ahora. Mi proyecto digital está compuesto por el diseño de 4 portales y 4 escenarios, basado en las fiestas
paganas de la película de Pesadilla Antes de Navidad, que Jack Skellington, el protagonista, no llega a visitar en su viaje a la Ciudad de la Navidad. El concepto de los portales trata la teoría de los multiversos en el futuro y cómo creo que afectaría el tiempo y nuestra sociedad al desarrollo de dichas fiestas, volviendo a cómo eran inicialmente y
cambiando su evolución con los años. Las composiciones de los escenarios están inspiradas en cuadros.

When we were told the theme of the project, "The Future of the Future", all that came to mind were natural disasters, drastic futures and above all technology and knowledge that we do not have access to now, but most importantly; the concept of society and advancing and improving on many current issues. On the other hand, the universe, the great unknown, was another concept that came to mind when I thought about the future.
Nowadays, there are different religions, with common celebrations, but depending on which culture they belong to, the celebration changes. If we go back to the beginning of those festivals, they have nothing to do with what they are today and the way they were celebrated before would be unthinkable now. My digital project consists of the design of 4 portals and 4 stages, based on the pagan celebrations of the film Nightmare Before Christmas, which Jack Skellington, the main character, does not get to visit on his
trip to Christmas Town. The concept of the portals deals with the theory of multiverses in the future and how I believe that time and our society would affect the development of these festivities, going back to how they were initially and changing their evolution over the years. The stage compositions are inspired by paintings.
